Meet Remy! He’s the man!
The man who started this whole Anushka Chai journey back in 2012. When we think about humble beginnings his story fits right in, the whole reason that Remy began experimenting with chai recipes in his home kitchen in Clifton Hill was to approach chai in a different way. Remy wanted to create a chai that was made for baristas & by baristas, that was easy to use behind the bar with tonnes of flavour! The process was a collaboration in crafting the recipe with input from everyone who tried it. And the work isn't over yet!
